what a joke

<p>I phoned NUMEROUS times to query when the installation will be done, only to be put through to the next more *********** agent who also puts me through again. I probably talked to all the agents in all the call centres. Thanks for wasting my time and airtime. You are definitely a joke ito customer service. Perhaps if you spent more time in answering the call vs. putting people through to the next agent you would actually accomplish something.</p> <p> </p>
