Waste of time and money

The service offered by Netstar is a waste of time and money.

I have had a tracking device installed for 2 years now and have been debited each month accordingly. I called to check about moving the device only to find out that the device does not even work and they can not tell me when it stopped working. They advised I should call and get them to test the device each month myself, which to me sounds silly, when I am the one paying, they should be checking it themselves and if on testing they notice it is not omitting a signal then contact me. So I have been paying monthly for absolutely nothing! To make it worse I emailed them about canceling and received zero response for close to 2 weeks and had to then call. the call center agent was not very friendly and unhelpful.

Would not recommend them or their product.
