Waste of money

I would give zero stars, their devices don't work firstly, and they never call back I've been waiting for a month for a call back so i decided to call again and still my issue was not resolved. I get incorrect location's majority of the time and it's like they can't be bothered then there's the people at the call centre who don't even understand simple english , I'm so fed up now. I'm going to remove this tracker.
