Warning: NetStar taking advantage of car accident victims!

As per Section 54 Parts 1 an Parts 2 a) and Part 2b) specifically of the Consumer Protection Act of April 2011: 1. On the 23rd of December 2017 I was involved in a serious car accident. I received a call from one of your consultants right after the incident who confirmed that the tracking device had alerted them to the impact. When I advised that I required an ambulance and medical assistance the consultant was unable to determine my location. This is unacceptable. 2. The very purpose of tracking a device is provide location information and thus Altech NetStar failed to keep up it's part fo the deal which essentially comes down to them providing tracking and location services in the event of an emergency in return for me paying a monthly fee. 3. One 23rd of December 2017, when I needed Altech NetStar the most, it failed to do the only thing it was meant to do, creating a material breach of contract and for this reason I believe I should be entitled to a full reimbur*****t of all funds paid on this contract due to Altech NetStar never having been able to deliver the only thing they where bound to deliver under the agreement. 4. The tracking device installed in my vehicle still successfully sent me a notice that it's had been disconnected from the car battery a month later proving that it had been in working order more than a month after the accident. The device also self tests itself every 14 days and no notice was ever sent to me that the device had been defective in any way and any time. 5. When I called to cancel my contract I was mortified but the tone of consultant I spoke to who informed me to the first time that I would be liable to pay out the balance of a 36 month contact. When I protested he claimed that the tracking device has been damaged in the accident and was not able to send location data. However considering that the device was still able to send me a notice over month after the accident and how it would have self tested itself at least 5x times after the accident proves that the consultants statements pertaining the device having been damaged in accident are false. 6. Further I would like to request the Altech NetStar provides me with proof that I was properly informed of the terms of this 36 month contact. The Consumer Protection Act Part 5 (1a) provides that fixed-term consumer agreements must not exceed a certain maximum period of 24 months, yet again brining the legality of this contract into question.

In the mean time I will be suspending the debit order allowing Altech NetStar to remove any funds from my account until this situation has been adequately resolved.
