Wake up Netstar

Got a call from a debt collecting company today saying I'm 4 months behind with my Altech Netstar payments, which is not the case. Just sent the debt collectors proof that the debit order has gone off for the past four months. This is the first I hear of any installments being behind. Why dont you pick up the phone and ask???<br> <br> Tried calling the Netstar Customer Care, held on for 5 minutes, and then got cut off. <br> So Netstar, wake up and smell the daisies... If you cant get a simple debit order right, how on earth will you recover a ****** car. Basics...<br> <br> And the drama I would have had to endure if my car did get ****** and you told my insurance I'm 4 months behind on your account.
