Vision installation Damaged my car and netstar wont help

Going back for 2018 I did an installation with Vision Mount Edgecombe on my golf 1.

The Technician who did the installation messed up everything, He mounted the Tracking unit where my car bumper is which meant he had to remove my bumper and install the unit, He broke my bumper clips which caused the bumper to fall off while i was driving on the N2, I took the car to Vision they made me aware that they would look into it a year passed I went in 2019 to Vision again and they mentioned i should have reported this early which I did over the phone and the car. The employee who damaged my car was dismissed for other reasons which Vision does not want to repair my car which irritates me because of untrained employees we trust them to take care of our cars and do what is necessary not create more stress, That could have been a bad accident with my family in the car... The only way the unit could have been fitted was by the bumper is removed.

I need a resolution now and I am not letting this go, everyone, I look at my car its painful knowing that there is no resolution.
