Very useless Tracker

I have been loyal to this useless tracking company from 2019 to date , they came to update my tracker then suddenly their app give me wrong location of my vehicle, i called and called their fitment centre so useless , I have been taken from pillar to post , why must i pay when your app and watsap fails to give proper location of my car ? Suddenly after signing for the new tracking device, ? Can we cancel all this nonsense and i get myself a proper tracker , i was told i will receive a call for appointment of checking the new device up to date no one has called my car is good as without a tracker , the guy at call centre tried all means to assist but obviously he can only do much as he doesn’t install this trackers
