Very useless company

Very useless company. When you send them an email they respond after two days. My device expired last year August and nobody bothered to update/check with me if I wish to cancel or upgrade. I am really NOT happy at all, useless company. Customer comes last. I fact I give them -0. “If you don’t take care of your customers, someone else will” I am happy I cancelled with Netstar. I am happy with my new CAR TRACKER!!!!
