Very unprofessional treatment from netstar

I have received the worst treatment from netstar, i was introduced to the company after buying a car and was told i can choose a monthly debit option or a once off debit for the tracking service they offer... I chose the monthly debit, but someone authorized a once off debit that is around r2300. The money was deducted without my consent or notifying me... I am very upset because now they even send me emails threatening me of lawyers but yet again money was withdrawn. They assured my refund, but have not received a cent from the company. And everytime i call them, they act like they fixing the problem. When i physically speak to any netstar technician they say they only intall and have no knowledge of what happens at the offices, meaning they also useless to any query you may have.
