Very Poor Customer Service and After Sale Service

I requested Altech Netstar to install a sleuth Tracking system and for them to install two tracking receivers in my which they failed to do. i further requested that they do not install the unit in the dashboard as my car is a high risk hijack car, and most of these gangsters know where most tracking companies install these devices.<br> <br> The installation which they did was also shody and proved their poor workmanship! the panic button was not installed properly as it is now coming of because of the poor type of glue used or the poor service which their service provider gives.<br> <br> I also do not feel safe with their response team as i mistakenly activated the panic button, but they did not send a response team. this is totally unacceptable to me as a paying client/customer!! i am now in the process of cancelling the contract and going to a competitor.<br> <br> I have brought this matter to their attention on more than 3 occasions and i still have not received any resolution. and i still have not been issued with my policy number.
