Very Poor administration

I have requested that you tell your people to stop calling i don't owe you. one of your admin people did call to tell me that the contact have been cancelled. i requested him to send me an email to that effect to this day i haven't received anything confirming that my contract was cancelled. please get your house in in order. Its Nestar that owes me money for bank charges for last year when i stopped the cobtract.
