Very incompetend provider

Very dissapointed with your service. Was driving Ford Kuga that I traded in in January for a Ford Ranger and called you before the care was gone to get the information on what needs to be done and your consultant said new installation and recovering unit from Kuga to Ranger will cost the same amount which I opted for a new installation.

Three months later I got your sms that I'm overdue of which I called you and was assured the Kuga is then cancelled. Today I get another SMS about the debit order that was returned from the bank, I call Netstar again and I'm told the Ranger acount is also cancelled an I had to hold the line forever after being transfered until the call hung up. For which account were you then debiting for?

Why was the Raner cancelled while Budget insurance is still paying you for that? Yes is cancelled because on the App it shows the last time it was racked was on the 10th of May, let me know what I must do so that we may part ways.
