very dissapointed in Altech Netstar

<p>January 2016 I started with a new insurance for my vehicle - Oakhurst. whith their policy you have to have a tracker installed into your vehicle to monitor your driving. Altech Netstar came to my work place where they installed the tracker. that same day the technician told me that for some reason the air bag light of my (brand new) car does not go off now after the istallation. he said to me not to worry, i should get it fixed and then send Altech netstar the invoice who will then do the payment. so i did just that. i took my car to Ford to see exactly what is wrong and to give me a quote. it seems as if the airbag cable or something was clipped and due to this my airbag might not open when in an accident. the quote was just over R10 000!!! so Ford assisted me by sending all info (quote & photos) to Altech netastar. a few emails and phonecalls followed. now almost 3 months later still nothing has happended!! i am furious and sick to my stomach thinking that they "damaged" my brand new car and now the chances are even greater for me to get seriously hurt or even worse maybe die because they do not want to rectify what they have done!! i will never in my life have them installing anything into my car nor recommend them to anyone.</p>
