Very Disappointed

In 2021 I bought a car through finance in We buy cars Springfield Durban I was force to use Netster because they have a contract with We buy Cars ,Netster Neno was installed in my car, 2023/10/18 my car was ****** never recovered my insurance paid I had a short fall I contacted Netster to find out how can they help because on my contract with them I paid a lump sum for 3 years and it was still on .I was told to submit required documents to claim I did so everything .On the 20/01/23 verdict came out about my claim they can't pay because I was under business insurance and on Netster it was business also ,they say they cover for private not business unfortunately I bought I car again on 12/01/23 I have been getting calls from Netster call centre for installation how can I mix my self with a supplier treated me like this can someone from Netster clarify this pls
