Very bad service from netstar

tell me why did i take up the tracker with this people yooh...they handed my account over because i do eft payment and not debit order, they debit on the first and i told them iget paid on the 25th and they say gardless whether your account is up to date or not we hand you over if the debit order bounce. Ok now i pay the amount they asked me to pay, they tell me i am billed upfront and i need to pay for February that just started and i have not received my salary as yet. Their service is not good at all.
