Very Bad service 😒

Very Bad Service, l have 4 cars with Netstar but the treatment is awful to say the least. we installed tracker on our new car on April but for some reason debit order didn't go through end of April 2023, hoping that it will go through at least mid May still nothing, obvious thinking that Netstar will debit double end of May to our surprise we get an sms from Debt collection company indicating that we owe R8421 for only 2 months, for something that was supposed to be R200 every month. we tried to communicate with Netstar without success, they keep saying they will call us, up until today no one from Netstar contacted us except regarding this matter. we are now not able to install Cameras in our uber car with them cause.
