Very BAD SERVICE and Terrible people to deal with
<p>We have had the Netstar unit installed since 2012, eventually it drained the battery and rendered the battery on the car (s****) the battery was (1) year old, Altech Netstar representative told us these old units needed to be replaced, yet no-one at Altech contacted us in this regard, we found that it was their unit which drained and ruined the battery after we took the car to a specialist.</p> <p>The technicians came to remove the unit last week and could not find it after stripping half the car, then delayed for another technician this week.</p> <p>All in all Altech Netstar is liable to replace the battery, and being customers since 2012 (5) Years, they did not even bother to offer any assistance at all.</p>

Thank you Denise as you asked when I first made contact see below:
20 October @ 9:20 A.M - I can send you all the correspondence which is about (7) emails
N.B and they only came again only yesterday being the 26th October after they had initially come, did not find the unit, stripped half the car - did further damage that day too as a cover near the gear shift is cracked and thats only one thing we noticed, they had removed the cover and cracked it and put it back, since that day the car did not even start AT ALL - and no help from Altech Netstar, but when its time to collect the monthly subription, that's done swiftly - right ???
