Very bad service and results from Altech Netstar

Altech Netstar has the worst service I have ever seen. I have bought a new car on the 17/06/2018, and my insurance insisted that I must have a car tracker installed from Altech Netstar. The sales lady kept calling my fiance after he told her to phone me directly as the car is with me, eventually she called me about two weeks later after my fiance had to call them to find out what was going on because we heard nothing from them. They insit that I must bring my car to them to install the unit but I refused, after a long struggle they agreed to come to my house. On the 06/07/2018 I personally went to their offices in Bloemfontein to book an appointment to install the unit in my car, the appointment was scheduled for 10h on the 07/07/2018. At 9:30 I had a missed call from them (they only phoned me once, but according to them they have called several times, which is not true. When I tried to call them back there was no answer at the office. ) I arrived home just before 10h waiting for them for more than 2 hours, no one phoned back to reschedule or say they will be late . After confronting them the following Monday they were very rude. Until now (15/07/2018)I still don't have a tracker unit in my car or heard anything back from them and it is a very big risk, if something happens to my car my insurance will not pay out. Netstar never gave me any details on the tracking unit regarding how it works, different options for my needs or any hidden costs. Netstar informed me that I must let them know when my car is stollen otherwise they won't know, what is the point in getting a tracker if they don't pick up suspicious activity or tampering with my vehicle. From what I've heard Netstar doesn't have a very good recovery record and their staff says they will try to recover when they have time to do so. I refuse to do any business with Netstar if this is the service you get just to get the unit installed, how pathetic will the service be when my car is ******. I will now have a tracker installed by another company that wants to do business and willing to help. I already went to see another company and within an hour I was informed by their friendly sales man of how exactly the tracker works with different options that suits my needs and budget, within an hour I had all the information I needed and my contract was drawn up and my unit will be installed on Monday. I have also read a few reviews about Netstar and the results was not very good a lot of people complain about the bad service they received from Netstar. I would not recommend Netstar to anyone, stay far away from them, they are pathetic! Rather choose another car tracker company if you want to get good service and results.
