very bad service
I phoned Altech Nestar to cancel my contract after my car has been written off by insurance .they told me to pay 2500 settlement fee , I pressed my panic button several times de day I was involved in a car accident no one contacted mi till today , I asked de guy who was helping to tell me where de car is he couldn't tell me he just told me dat I need to pay 2500 in order for him to cancel de contract ,I will Neva refer anyone to your company your service is very bad ......people stay away from ALTECH NETSTAR just try other tracking companies not dis thing, they are just making money

As per our telephonic conversation, I explained to you the procedure regarding the settlement. Altech Netstar does not cover accident damage to units however will be able to assist you should you require a replacement.
The units functionality could have been compromised due to the impact of the accident.You have confirmed that you will continue with the contract until you decided to get a replacement vehicle. You will contact me directly once you have made a decision.
