very bad service
This morning I called the customer care of netstar the lady i spoke to said my account is not with there legal department anymore i inform her that i spoke with lebogang last week regarding an upgrade of my unit but now the are giving me different stories my account is with legal and then not with legal department
what is a simple upgrade giving you guys so big grief?
You insure that you make a happy customer a unhappy customer
