VERY BAD SERVICE

I traded in my car and i asked the call center for help regarding the transferal of the unit and its shocking how they can charge a customer so much just to transfer a unit that ive been paying for,its just a matter of transfering the unit and now i dont have the car coz i traded it in and im paying for a unit that i do not possess i will make sure to turn everyone against using netstar and i will make sure that they lose all their business for this,i will also put it in the papers
