VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Bought 2 cars by We Buy Cars in which their agent spoke to me about Netstar and was happy to use it until I was told I have to pay for their tracking devices and then l changed my mind. Been trying to cancel my account with them since February and now they are saving me with a final demand saying l owe them R4630. 90 and even if I cancel I need to pay. I have never had their services but car track. Even when my battery is dead they never called. This is not good at all. I want nothing to do with Netstar in my life.
