VERIFICATION Questions not taken serious

So verification to Netstart is pointless as another customer was verified but clearly my verification details are completely different , But yet my details are still changed etc after a failed verification so ........ VERIFICATION QUESTIONS is useless here I tell you ... Am no longer safe just imagine anyone call in with the exact same name and surname as me ,then verification questions he will fail but still they access and change your account although the simply questions were not correct. I am really concerned with these guys like how does that happen is the verification questions not meant to stop such etc.
