Vehicle Tracking Unit Not Active On My CAr

They have disabled tracking services without installing a new tracking unit and no one informed me that the tracking unit has been disabled. I used to get a Travel Logbook every month and end of April I got nothing because they not tracking my car. When I log in online I have inaccurate information about the car.
