Vehicle Tracker test report

Its been a year now trying to get the test results from the call centre for the SLUETH NANO tracker device installed in my car , I have not received any thing I've called the call centre several times they say after 3 days they will send me a copy of the result via email or call me. What worse I've paid for the tracking device upfront for 3 year :(.
