vehicle reported ****** 48 hours still no respo

My dad has been held up at his home in empangeni on the 25th of June(Thursday ), my dad was in possession of my Toyota fortuner which has been taken away from him by gunman, I reported this to netstar to track the vehicle, I have not received 1 call, no repose whatsoever and it's 48 hours later, the vehicle was recovered 4 hours later by sap empangenI, I am a businessman with over 10 contracts with netstar, I am really disappointed in their service especially seeing that I have been a client of theirs for the past 15 years, I will definitely be moving my business elsewhere
