Vehicle Damage during tracking device installation

<p>Yesterday Altech Netstar fitted a tracking device on my vehicle which is reletevely new (less than a year). once the technicians were done fitting the device on my vehicle they gave me my car keys and tolt me that the device was now fitted and that I can now use my vehicle. later on when I tried to drive my vehicle it was no longer functional. I them called to make them aware of what had happened (after only getting through on the 4th call). thee technician ame through and aknoleged tht they was a proplem and that the vehicle will now have to be taken to ford for further assesment. Altech has been non supportive in this whole process and have povided extremely bad service. I was also made aware upon investigation that they outsource the service from a contractor, which in my oppinion posess a high security risk. I would advise anyone who is reading this not to use their services and rather opt to utilize the servoces of the other car tracking providers.</p>
