Value added services added without consent
Value-added services such as insurance and other things were added to my Father's Netstar tracker account without his consent. My father is a pensioner, I have tried to assist him to get these canceled without success. I'm being sent from pillar to post. Meanwhile, Netstar is busy debiting his account.
