Utterly useless

If I could give 0 starts then I would. Lack of service and if I knew beforehand, I would have never went with this terrible service. I only chose it as it came with my insurance. My car was totalled but I'm still expected to pay for a car that I don't even own anymore and their consultant was very rude when I explained to her what happened to my car. All she did was demand that I make payments when I never received a direct debit from then ever. If you can, please don't choose these people. Utterly useless!!!
