Utter Useless

Absolutely bas and poor service from Netstar. I requested assistance from them for more than two weeks now. When i call them they say that the IT department will contact me. Still waiting........I have requested to cancel my contract with them but they want an unrealistic amount for cancelling. Every single day i request feedback on my request but i dont get any feedback.

I would never recommend this bad company and bad service to anybody. Now i am still stuck with this. I am scared my vehicle will never be recovered when ****** due to Netstar.
