UST STOP DEBITING ME AND CANCEL YOUR TRACKER

I am disgusted with this company, and this is the second time that is writing to Hello Peter and my matter is still not resolved. Now all I want from them is to CANCEL MY TRACKER WITH THEM AND STOP DEBITING ME. I downgraded in June and they are still debiting me for the full amount just as before I downgrade. I am tired, fed up with them JUST STOP DEBITING ME AND CANCEL YOUR TRACKER. Your INCOMPETENCY is unbearable.
