USELESS TRACKING SYSTEM BY NETSTAR

I'm having four (4) business vehicles with this lousy tracking system. They're system keeps collapsing and now I'm out of the country for about a year and I asked my wife to call them on my behalf and they refuse to assist her. They said I must write an email to *** giving her permission to do it on my behalf and I've sent multi emails already but no luck. They even informed her should any of the vehicles get ****** I personally must call but when they suspect anything on the cars they call her as they have her on their data base. This being business cars causes me not to even monitor the vehicles activities
