Useless tracking company.. I won't even recommend you even to my enemy

If it's according to me I was gonna rate them 0 One useless tracking company 😞😪... My car is giving me wrong location for the past 5 weeks I reported on emails and social media they will act as if they fixing the problem and no solution. I contacted call centre agent told me that my package doesn't include live location. Fine I then contacted for them to see where my car is acted as if I don't know it a guy who assisted me also told me wrong location while the car was Infront of me if it's not this cancellation fees I would cancel it now.... I was told that the only time they can recover my car is when it's ******😭😭😭😭
