Useless tracker, doesn't even track.
It's a pity there isn't a no star rating because that is what this inefficient group would get. Not only do emails not get responded to in a timeous manner but the responses are totally inadequate. My daughters each have a Netstar Safe & Sound fitted to their vehicle - not by choice, only because insurance companies require it. On a regular basis, I check up on the vehicle location via either the app or website - especially when they are travelling long distances. On more than one occasion, the vehicle shows that it has not even left it's origin, despite it having reached it's destination. After a few days of being stationary at the new location, the app & website still do not update. So what is the point of having this junk installed in your vehicle? I wish I had never installed this *******, that I have to pay a monthly subscription for. I guess it's the South African story - zero service delivery.

Thanks for the notification via this platform that you have emailed me.
I did reply to your email when it was sent, and now I am replying to you via HelloPeter.
I'll accept the fact that your call center takes a while to respond to clients issues because (a.) you are short staffed due to the pandemic or (b.) your staff cannot keep up with the amount of issues being reported? My money is on the latter. It's not their fault.
In any case, the emails I send to you are largely ignored. In my most recent email I specifically stated that you should NOT phone me on my listed contact number because you will need to liaise with my student daughter, who is driving the car with the issue.
I cannot give you a time when the car will be available - this should be obvious. I gave you both her name & number, which you duly ignored and proceeded to phone me on my number anyway.
In addition, I don't know why you insist on checking the vehicle since the fault I have reported (twice) happens on two separate vehicles - both belonging to my daughters, both students.
Both times you ignored my email requesting that you contact the driver to arrange a time and not to phone me.
Both times you phoned me.
The issue is your system that occasionally doesn't update the vehicles position or randomly places the vehicle in the middle of the ocean.
I find it hard to believe that both identical systems don't work properly - perhaps the fault is on your side.
I won't even go into the fact that you forgot to fit the panic button to the second vehicle until my wife noticed - a year later!
In any case, it is a pity that this rant has to end up on a public platform, since I'm sure that there are many happy customers. I'm just not one of them.
