Useless tracker and admin

I firstly never received an installation certificate when I was promised one. I was phoned by contractors for add ons which turned into about 5. Then trying to cancel my service took more than a year. I paid my settlement fee and I was still being charged and I have not been credited for the amount debited from my account after my settlement fee.
