Useless Technology

I needed to get a tracking device installed into my vehicle for insurance purposes. I spoke to a consultant from head office the deal sounded decent but what i got was ****.<br> <br> 1. Early Warning Remote access- Arm-Disarm your vehicle? I was not notified i had to manually arm and disarm my vehicle tracking device. How far behind is the technology you offer. Plus you have to endure the annoying car alarm sound every time you activate and deactivate your tracking device.<br> <br> 2.I was advised if i forget to activate my tracking device then its my fault and i wouldn't be covered. Im human i shouldnt be pushing a button to activate my tracking device this should be an automatic service.<br> <br> 3.I was told the remote was designed to look like a gate remote? Really you think ********* are that dumb? Its a dead give away showing the world you have a tracking unit in your vehicle plus that annoying sound to activate and deactivate the unit. Dont you think the ******** would hold you hostage and make you phone the call center and advise them every things ok when its not. Plus the panic button a bit obvious isnt it.<br> <br> 4.Your systems are always down? Now really? <br> <br> 5. Rude Retention Manager Mr Govender.
