Useless service provider and tracking app not working

I have sent an email in March complaining about my tracker but no one got back to me but every end of the month I get billed for a tracker that is not working. The app is not working, you can't locate your car, the call center is useless as no one answers. Imagine if a person' car get ******, what now?

If this is the service I get I might as well move to a reliable tracking company because netstar is useless.
