Useless Service Provider

I have been trying to cancel my contract since the end of July. I have called in several times and I was told the cancellation department will look into my matter and get back to me. Seeing that no contact was made with me, I sent several emails to the cancellations department to no avail. The only thing being done is sending of invoices and statements.
