Useless service from Netstar!!!!!
It seems this company only exist in taking you monthly debit order, their Customer Service is non-existence.
On 30 March I sent them and email and receive a reference number. This is to remove a vehicle I have sold. Come 1 May and I am again billed for 2 vehicles, grrrrr!!!!!
No response, so I communicated to the Bot on Whatsapp, useless, another reference number logged.
Follow up on the original email, again and again. Zero response.
Call the Customer Service, eventually the call is answered, I can hear the people talking but nobody home to chat to me.
NETSTAR - DO YOU EXIST?????
