Useless Service

We have just purchased 2 new vehicles and had Altech Netstar put in 2 tracking devices. We have had endless problems fitting these devices. Once we had the devices installed we were provided with certificates that were incorrect with completely incorrect license registration. After sorting this out it was found that the systems aren't even working and tracking. The vehicle has been driving the entire day and there is no log of it even leaving the dealership. We have been on the phone for over 3 hours today and still the problem has not been resolved. We have been promised countless times that people will phone us back and still we are waiting for these phone calls.
