Useless panic button
Last year I almost got hijacked and I did write to hellpeter about the incident. Your panic button wasn't working and I had to use my airtime to call. You have no business debiting from my account because the agent I spoke to last year said they would reset my alarm. But up to today there is no feedback. How the hell do you expect me to pay for such ****? I almost lost my car and your useless panic button couldn't alert you. Cancel your lousy contract with immediate effect.

Get me someone that will read to understand my complain before they decide to call. Like I said cancel your useless services with immediate effect because I won't be taking chances with you again. And since she threatened that I will be handed over if I don't make payments to the outstanding balance then you've got another thing coming. Your panic button was not even 3 months old but it was faulty then you wanna bull**** me. Hell NO!!!!!
