Useless panic button

I almost got hijacked and pressed the panic button. The ****s smashed my back window at Mofolo busy corner and I panicked till I got to Rockville but there was no response from you idiots. Why the **** am I paying you if you can't respond? I had to use my damn airtime to call you to inform you about the incident and the stupid agent couldn't even locate my location. I had to repeat myself more than once on where I was and cause she thinks she's smart she kept telling me *******. Will you repair my ****en window, license and replace my bank cards since you failed to do your job? There was no turn around time when you installed your **** and she has the nerve to tell me about a turn around time. Had I lost my life would you say that **** on my funeral? Don't **** me off. Fix this now!!!!
