Useless, most nonsensical service provider

They call me telling me that they are dispatching emergency response team, but it's coming from Pretoria, the car is 100km from pta, which means the time they get here, the car will be gone.... Funny thing is that with them tracking the wrong location from the car it, it means they were sending the response team again to the wrong location.

for all we know, the response team would have been coming to the wrong location in bela bela while the car is actually in preotia where they are coming from.

They are doing this because they know that I cannot do anything except to stop paying which will affect my credit score. Well I will reverse, remove from my debit orders and I will refer the matter to the consumer ombudsman.
