USELESS I COMPETENT CALIBRE OF PEOPLE

I'm currently with Netstar for the past 10 years plus. One of the most useless and *********** staff this company has. Ive been calling since Nov - 21 to upgrade my service as I changed cars. At least 15 calls to them. From one useless and *********** person to the next in both customer services and upgrades Depts. Oh and not forgetting the incomoetiency of even the team leader I spoke to in Dec. Still waiting for the call backs. And as usual they say ALL CALLS ARE RECORDED. I HOPE THIS IS THE CASE IN THE EVENT THEY NEED PROOF TO MY CRITISMS AGAINST THESE USELESS PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE. Again I'll repeat bunch of highly useless, *********** and inexperienced people working there.
