USELESS DEVICE

<p>Honestly when I signed up to this device I was hoping for a peace of mind little did I know that Im actually throwing my hard earned cash to some useless charity. I really regret the day I signed up to this and cannot wait for the contract to end.</p> <p>On 2 occassions I have called to have the device tested and I was told that my car could not be located, at first I was told that the car needs to be in motion for more than 20min, I drove to Worcester which is more than an hour and still my could couldnt be located.</p> <p>Few weeks back my car got missing, with frustration I contacted your call centre and again my car couldnt be located, I eventually found my car without your assistance.</p> <p>Question is, "what am I paying for?" 3 of my friends recently bought cars and I advised them not to sign up with Altech Netstar based on the pathetic and useless device your guys have.</p>
