Useless Customer Support

I have sent two emails to Netstar requesting that they come remove my tracking device. They seem to never reply to emails or do not have a customer service department. This company is absolutely useless - I have had countless problems with them! DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES! If this is their attitude towards customers I would hate to see what would happen if my car needed to be tracked one day. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
