Useless customer service

Netstar needs to get its act together. This is the second time that i've experienced an issue with the company. This time my complaint is a simple one.

Despite the fact that i went personally to the Netstar Fitment Centre in Durban to cancel my Netstar because the vehicle is being sold, it to date has not been done. How difficult can it be? Can the people working there get their act together. All I am asking you to do is DO YOUR JOB.
