Useless company that almost caused me my job

I was wrongly debited from this company after I cancelled within the cooking off period that resulted my account being in a minus and as a bank employee that is not allowed someone called me two weeks ago requiring screenshots and proof which I sent only today I got a warning at work because my account was in a minus and they never fixed that like appalling service I curse the day I called them
