Useless company, don't respond to Panic alert

I was hijacked on Friday 24 January 2025, pressed panic button, Nesta just sent a SMS never responded or sent a ground or air support team to the scene after several attempts of pressing panic button. Car was stripped. Now they cant do anything. Useless company.useless supervisor told me they followed protocol to send SMS and not respond. I just payed for service not rendered. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM. 🚫
