USELESS CAR TRACKING DEVICE
I subscribe to Altech Netstar Cyber Sleuth Supreme , which is their highest package. On the Friday the 25th I experienced a breakdown and my car battery lost all the power . My car was parking next to the road up until the early hours of the morning (2:30 am) the only thing I received from Altech Netstar was just an sms to say \Battery removal violation contact Altech NetStar"and that's it. No call to my cellphone or to my alternative number...NOTHING...even if I was being hijacked NetStar wasn't gonna pick it up...but when their debit didn't go through (which was their fault by the way)"

You are correct in saying you received a sms advising of the battery disconnection, it is advisable in this case to validate this information with us. Should there have been any further communication from yourself or the tracking device as you stated e.g. hijack or theft we will make telephonic contact and commence with our recovery process. I will contact you this morning to discuss your product and system functionality and our standard operating procedure pertaining to recovery.
